I have a full bottle of AG "Passion" bought recently. It's superb, unique, with this delicacy which is present in all -i think- AG perfumes. A read some reviews about it, including your -small in extension- review. It's another proof of how differently any of us conceive fragrances. "Passion" brings to my mind a semi-dark cold, windy desert. Go figure.

As an Annick freak, Goutal guru, etc, you are blessed w/ a bottle of Passion that was definitely produced BEFORE the IFRA stepped in! ( this is from the fact that box and bottle have the namesake Annick Goutal in SCRIPT, vs newer packages it is done in fancy BLOCK typeset) Only 2 thoughts 1 - maybe it was exposed to sun,cold, or heat 2 - Maybe you need the EDParfum?? Don`t give up - the scent is divine!! :-)

Hi Rose - me too about Miller Harris. One of my favourite brands. Interesting that you found Cuir de Lancome in TK Maxx. It's a great place to find something that you already know about - frustrating that they never have testers.

The thing that Passion reminds me of (vaguely) is a less oriental Coco. I used to really love it and how womanly it felt but I got bored...

As for the Cuir - yes, very nice but I would never choose it in preference to Cuir de Russie.

I'm a great Miller Harris admirer- is lovely stuff. I LOVE Cuir De Lancome, I got some in TK Maxx and think it's just brilliant- also long to try their mille et une rose but can never find for a manageable price
